1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 6z6 platform and all its services. 6z6 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated specifically for gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh.

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

6z6 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Registered members will be notified in a timely manner in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on 6z6 and enjoy its services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You should not be residing in a country where online gaming is completely prohibited by law.

If any information provided at registration changes, the member must notify our support team immediately. Providing false information may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of the associated balance.

6z6 reserves full discretionary authority to accept or reject registration applications. Applications may be rejected without providing any reason.

3 Age Restriction and Identity Verification

Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and use services on 6z6. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.

6z6 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If a member fails to provide the required documents within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.

4 Account Management and Security

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Follow the guidelines below to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

6z6 will not be liable for any loss or misuse resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless it is clearly proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our own platform.

4.1 Account Suspension or Closure

6z6 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these Terms
• On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• On suspicion of money laundering or any other financial crime
• In the case of operating multiple accounts
• In the case of bonus abuse or system exploitation

5 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on 6z6:

• Upay

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit amount is determined according to the account tier and verification status. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. 6z6 will not be liable for delays in processing withdrawal requests if the delay is caused by the payment service provider.

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal:

• Account verification must be completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement for that active bonus has not been met.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of security verification.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6z6 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are stated in the relevant offer description.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

For example: depositing ৳4,000 will earn a ৳6,000 bonus. The total balance will be ৳10,000. Before withdrawing, you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount, which is ৳150,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per member.
• After a bonus is awarded, the original deposited amount is withdrawable, but the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• 6z6's decision regarding the awarding of bonuses is final.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Special offers and cashback benefits under the VIP program are governed by separate terms.

7 Gaming Rules

All games operated on 6z6 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be predicted in advance.

• If a technical error occurs during gameplay, the relevant bet will be considered void and the funds used will be returned.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a system or software error will be considered void.
• Playing the same game simultaneously from multiple devices or browser tabs may be prohibited.

7.1 Sports Betting

The following special conditions apply when placing bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• The odds on bets placed before a match begins may change during the match.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are refundable, unless otherwise stated in the betting terms.
• In live betting, bet acceptance may be delayed due to network issues.
• For BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, and other international tournaments, bet outcomes are determined in accordance with the official decisions of the relevant tournament.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6z6. In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, the account will be permanently terminated and the associated balance will be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
• Applying deliberate betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to achieve risk-free profit by placing coordinated bets from at least two accounts (arbitrage betting).
• Hacking game software, exploiting the system, or using artificial intelligence assistance to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members or carrying out cybercrime against them.
• Harassing or applying undue pressure on 6z6 staff.

9 Limitation of Liability

The 6z6 platform is operated on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6z6 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• Damage to the gaming experience caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by sharing account credentials.
• Loss resulting from service disruption due to changes in government policy or unforeseen events.

In any circumstance, 6z6's maximum liability will be equal to the member's current account balance.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

6z6 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep data transfers secure.

We collect members' personal information and use it for the following purposes:

• Account verification and management
• Processing financial transactions
• Fraud prevention and ensuring security

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To make a request, please contact our 24/7 live chat support team. Any pending wagering requirements will be cancelled and any bonus balance will be forfeited before the account is closed. However, any valid balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method.
